Quick News won't update when I HotSync!
If you're having problems updating feeds in Quick News using the Quick News Conduit, first make sure that Quick News is installed to your handheld's internal memory. Due to limitations with Palm's HotSync software, Quick News cannot update if it's installed to an external memory card.
If Quick News is installed to your internal memory, make sure that the conduit is installed properly. On PCs you can confirm this by clicking on the HotSync icon in your system tray, selecting 'Custom' and making sure that Quick News is in the list and set to 'Synchronize the Files'. If it's not listed, then the conduit is not installed, and you should download the Quick News PC Installer from http://www.standalone.com/palmos/quick_news/download and run it on your desktop PC.
