Reporting Bugs
From now on, we ask that all bug reports are done through email (bugreport@standalone.com). That way, we have a written record of the problem, and it makes sure that the report gets to the right programmer. In the Email, please include the following information:

• your name and Email address
• the program that has the bug
• the version number of the program
• the PDA that you are using
• a brief description of the problem
• an explanation of how we can replicate the error
