Extras Plus enhances your Extras drawer. It adds folder tabs to the top of the Extras drawer, to make it easy to find a package. You can also control what information is shown in the Overview.
On a Newton with the 2.1 OS, you can set the spacing of your icons. This way, you can show more icons on the screen at once.
Or, if you prefer, you can show fewer icons on a page.
Using Extras Plus, you can also decide to delete a package's preferences along with the package so they aren't left on the Newton.
